The lab provides a basic understanding of Amazon Route 53. It will demonstrate the basic steps required to get started with Route 53, including creating, editing, and deleting simple DNS records within a Hosted Zone (HZ), and creating and testing simple health check and associated failover records. Prerequisites for this lab: basic understanding of IP networking, DNS addressing and host name resolution.
